Suley Ramirez

As the esteemed Chief Financial Officer at C&M Facilities, Suley's prowess extends far beyond her 12-year tenure in the industry. Her exemplary skills in financial management and strategic planning are reflected in the prosperous state of our company. Suley's resolute leadership and ingrained ability to inspire her management team have significantly contributed to shaping, and guiding C&M towards its financial and corporate vision.  Kylie Jenkins 

Kylie leads our client service managerial team, she is a passionate and highly motivated manager, who ensures our promise of pristine is delivered in a transparent and seamless way across all our customers. A highly sort after leader in the client relationship space, Kylie is experienced in building collaborate and progressive managerial teams.  

William Saad

  William Saad brings over 20 years of experience in the cleaning industry, specialising in graffiti removal for heritage and commercial properties. His expertise ensures the preservation and restoration of delicate surfaces. In addition to his graffiti removal skills, William has extensive experience managing retail, commercial, and industrial cleaning operations. As the NSW Operational Manager at C&M Facilities, he oversees operations across New South Wales, focusing on delivering high-quality, efficient services. William’s diverse background and dedication make him a key asset to our team.  

Jennifer Moss

Jennifer is a highly experienced Operations Manager with a strong focus on client relationships. Along with Jennifer’s knowledge, attention to detail and care for the environment she offers a standard in service excellence which ensures all aspects of a job whether large or small are completed and delivered in accordance with each client’s requirements. 

Her motto is do what she say she will do and then make sure it happens. With this attitude, Jennifer leads and makes sure things get done every single time. 

Maroua Anniba

 Maroua leads our finance team who help our customers with a responsive service, internally she leads our systems and processes and manages our payroll so our customers are certain that we pay our staff in accordance with all legislative and regulatory requirements. Essentially the backbone of our business Maroua is a finance professional who retains and attracts finance talent. 

Evelyn Caicedo

  Evelyn is responsible for processing payroll, remitting payroll taxes and government reporting as well as preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll statements.  Evelyn oversees our technology systems which ensure compliance with government regulations, establishing and implementing policies on matters such as payroll advancements to employees. She is responsible for the hiring, training and supervision of payroll staff.
