  William Saad brings over 20 years of experience in the cleaning industry, specialising in graffiti removal for heritage and commercial properties. His expertise ensures the preservation and restoration of delicate surfaces. In addition to his graffiti removal skills, William has extensive experience managing retail, commercial, and industrial cleaning operations. As the NSW Operational Manager at C&M Facilities, he oversees operations across New South Wales, focusing on delivering high-quality, efficient services. William’s diverse background and dedication make him a key asset to our team.

Jennifer is a highly experienced Operations Manager with a strong focus on client relationships.   Evelyn is responsible for processing payroll, remitting payroll taxes and government reporting as well as preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll statements.  Evelyn oversees our technology systems which ensure compliance with government regulations, establishing and implementing policies on matters such as payroll advancements to employees. She is responsible for the hiring, training and supervision of payroll staff.
